Kibaki Has Prepared A Recipe for Civil war In Kenya.
Wakenya in Sweden are calling for all progressive forces in Kenya and abroad today to come out and oppose, resist and stop Kibaki and Moi fascist rule and there unpatriotic strategy of killing democracy in Kenya. Even if heaven comes back to earth, we refuse to recognize Kibaki as our elected president. The on-going election fracas in Kenya is something of the past and all patriotic Kenyans must declare Raila Odinga to be the president of Kenya. Kibaki can go to OTHAYA and be the president there. Raila won through the ballot and it is very clear that Kibaki has used a back door to sit illegal on Railas seat. We are going to support any struggle that is going to make sure that Raila regains the seat. (By all means necessary)
We condemn other opportunists, reactionary forces and political prostitutes led by central Province MPs’ and other ethnical tribal chiefs who are brain washed and their blind support of octogenarian Kibaki who has failed Kenyan people and a killer of freedom and democracy. By calling for Kibaki the president of Kenya proves beyond reasonable doubt that Kenyan people especially kikuyu chauvinist admires to be led by failed leaders and dictator who cannot provide them with security and vision.
We call upon all Foreign Embassies in Kenya and their diplomatic Missions to support ODM since it is the only progressive Democratic Party that is accepted nationwide with majority parliamentary seats. Let us not forget ODM won referendum the year 2005 where all Kenyans voted NO against Kibaki’s government which was only supported by central province people. Many central people are mostly brain washed by Government misleading campaigns and other propaganda like vernacular FM radios, and other government friendly mass media which are preaching hate and where kikuyu people regard Mr. Kibaki as their own president. This means that Kibaki cannot be the president Kenya but for Kikuyu.
We are calling upon the western countries to support the people of Kenya to remove an evil government that has failed to protect and defend its citizens economically, fighting corruption, tribalism, nepotism, disrespect of the rule of law, fighting aids and malaria besides other treatable diseases that are killing mass of Kenyans daily in big numbers. It would be a grave political mistake if the west will keep quit when democracy is being killed in Kenya because they must take a position in protecting young democracies in the world.
The selfish chains that have bound a section of kikuyu people in doing evil to our people must to be broken. The chauvinist arrogance must be stopped once and for all. Our people must live in dignity, honor, safety and independence. This goal requires our continued struggle amidst shadows of death. We have sown a seed of an ideology and watered it with our struggle. The seed has grown into a huge tree, fulfilling our dreams and giving birth to Raila Odinga as the fourth president of Kenya. We have been cheated and betrayed, we must react by refusing the cooked election that Kibaki and his cronies are trying to impose on the Kenyan people.
Suspicion of killing democracy has pointed towards Moi and Kibaki but they have denied involvement which sounds hollow. History has taught us and we can compare what is happening now in our nation and we see it clear that Moi has his hands in it. These men have gone far in the name of achieving their greedy goals. Someone who was willing to spill blood as much as he thought his cause demanded, cannot be trusted to rule the country. Kibaki and Moi are recepies of a chaotic Kenya. This twin murders have maintained a stoic silence on what is happening now in Kenya.
Kibaki’s kangaroo leadership in particular has now given him another task of ruling Kenyans by cheating of which Wakenya have refused. We cannot allow Kibaki to work against the interest of the people and against the liberty and democracy won after many struggles. This is one of the ways in which the remnants of fascism seek to exploit the feelings of the faithful. The democratic fronts like ODM embraces all the masses of the people without distinction of creed; but the democratic fronts combats fascism to the end in whatever form it may present itself.
We should remind this leaders how Kenyans shed blood, tortured, jailed, detained, murdered and others forced to exile and that’s why we cannot keep silent and watch undemocratic, savage and barbarian leaders destroy and kill the democracy that Kenyans fought hard for. It is only through mass demonstration and civil disobedient that can tame this unpatriotic Kikuyu chauvinist being led by Kibaki. We would like to remind Kenyans that sucher method are being used by progressive movements all-over the world and has been used else where even in Americans and Ukraine formidable human rights organizations and movements.
ODM leaders must keep united and lead Kenyans without fear and they should prove to the people of Kenya that they are the voted in leaders of Kenya. Kibaki has failed Kenyans and betrayed them through his oath allegiance that he sweared at Uhuru Park where he was sitting on a wheelchair. In a democratic and civilized nation, Kibaki would have put the interest of Kenyans first before his greed for power. Kibaki cannot honor the constitutional oath to defend and protect Kenyan people.
We call upon Mr. Kibaki and his sleeping Zombies to go to OTHAYA and pave way for progressive leaders like Raila Odinga to take over and lead our nation. Kenyans wants the truth and democracy of which Kibaki and his inner-circle gang has failed to provide and this can be witnessed by the way they have rigged the 2007 elections. His gang of Mt. Kenya Mafia under captain Moi has proven to Kenyans that they cannot be trusted. Today Kibaki is working hand in hand with another failure who misruled Kenya for the last 24 years and who’s Sons were defeated in there elections.
Shadow dictator Moi and Kibaki once again want to kill multi-party Democracy and turn Kenya into dark period. Kenyans would never be able to achieve freedom if they continue keeping criminals leaders in the society. Adding strength to the argument is the behavior in which the government has treated the common Kenyans and the ODM leaders. The ruling class in Kenya is rejoicing while common Kenyans are dying in their hands. The extensive network of killers in our country has assured the elites continuation of pouring of blood in their hands. Right now, Kenyans are murdering one another while Kibaki and his gang is enjoying at the state house.
These killers have been instructed to mix with people to evade detection and they have engaged poor people in poverty firefights in all areas knowing fully well it would lead to civilian casualties and death. Innocent men and women who suffering at the hands of Kibaki for no fault of theirs are forced to sympathize with these killers and even vote for them. Moi and Kibaki have orchestrated some of the deadly actions with ruthless efficiency in our country.
The traitors, human rights abusers and economical criminals should never be allowed to go scot-free but to face fully rule of law in a democratic society. Kenyans will never forgive and forget the way they forgave the home-guards after betraying the freedom fighters MAU-MAU during the war for Liberation. Kibaki has betrayed Kenyans and he will remain to be remembered as a ruthless ruler. Home-guards who collaborated with British colonialist like John Michuki and the Mungiki leaders who have committed crimes by shedding the blood of the innocent Kenyans are hiding at the state house.
Why do we tolerate the undemocratic leaders like Kibaki who has caused many Kenyans to suffer just because they want to keep power? Law is universal and must be applied to all without selecting who should be free and who should be in prison. It is a criminal offence to rig election and all Kenyans have been cheated by Kibaki and I believe he must be arrested and taken to jail for cheating Wakenya. Kenyans are demanding the arrest of Kibaki and his network of thieves. We also want the man to be arrested for the ethnic cleansings that is taking place in Kenya right now and especially after he was illegal declare the winner of the 2007 elections. Whatever is happening in Kenya right now, it is because of Kenyans especially Kikuyus weakness and lack of demanding for the arrest of Kibaki and his cohorts.
Moi is still free and able to poison and destroy democratic parties that took Kenyans blood to build. Kibaki has joined the Moi’s tune and he is dancing in the center stage as Multi-party democracy in Kenya is on its way to the grave. What is happening to us is our failure collectively to demand the arrest of the above criminals. Kenyans in Scandinavia took a one year tour in Mois time as Kenyan president. Moi regime systematically persecuted our people; many villages were burnt down in addition to those ethnic cleansing, many were displaced to internal concentration camps and many executions took place during this Dark Age in our nation.
His KANU developed a system whereby public servants found it difficult to distinguish between government and party loyalties. The KANU government reminded the public servants that they were appointed by KANU government and must be loyal to it. Senior civil servants, who mattered in terms of decision making, assumed that this meant that they must sing KANU tunes if they hoped to continue in their positions. PNU being the first born of KANU is not different. “Mto wa Nyoka ni Nyoka” PNU forced Kivuitu to announce Kibaki the president of Kenya which is not the will of Kenyan People.
Kenyans have memories on what happened in 1992. The 3 million unregistered youth votes increased by the number of displaced persons in Rift valley, Western and Nyanza provinces who could not register to vote or could not vote even if registered to the prevalence of ethnic clashes. Violence, harassment, intimidation, arrests and declaration of KANU zones was used to threaten the opposition. In some parts of the country, permits were issued to different parties to hold simultaneous rallies at the same venue without their agreement. A typical example was in Eastleigh Social Hall Nairobi, where three candidates, all on different party tickets were issued licenses to hold rallies at the same time. The end result was a confused shouting match between the three candidates.
All the above have been adopted by Kibaki. We must stop them. All progressive Kenyans must continue with the struggle until when Raila Odinga is declared the president of Kenya. Kibaki can remain the president of Mt. Kenya.

Our Sincere Apology To The Journalist Who Was Attacked Last Week.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologize to our fans and the Journalist who was victimized last week in Norsborg. The story that was reported on Jamii about him was out of proportion and Jamii crew will do whatever it takes to restore balance. After analysing the situation that surrounded the whole saga, we have discovered that violence is not the way to solve problems. Media people have been attacked for reporting the truth. Why do we attack messengers of good news? You can run away from media but you can’t hide.
Our sincerest, heartfelt apologies go out to every person we mighty have offended for our regrettable use of very inappropriate information. The story was completely taken out of context. We did not mean to add yet another slap in the face of the journalist who has done so much to Wakenya in Sweden. We personally know the struggle the journalist has gone through out of his passion to help Kenyans. We are going to do whatever we can to repair any damage we might have caused to him and his family by publishing the story.
In Kenya, we have something called Baraza La Wazee where people come together to resolve crises and restore peace and balance. I hope Wakenya can go back to those days when Wazee used to solve problems under a tree and not through violence. Let us try to be models for doing the right things not promoting violence related issues. We did not do the right thing this time, and I hope the affected journalist will forgive us. We learn from our mistakes. Jamii condemns all kinds of violence with the strongest terms. We wish the Journalist well.
Jamii Crew.

Jamii Crew Wishes You A Merry Christmas And Happy New Year 2008.
I thank God who has been guiding us always in times of darkness and light during this year. It has been a year of struggle given the fact that Kenya is facing elections in a weeks’ time. It has been a wonderful year working with wonderful Kenyans in Sweden like my family, Mr. Martin Ngatia my political father, Mr. Okoth Osewe who introduced me to the world of propaganda, my ODM-KS friends, Ms Sofia Njoroge and Nixon Andu my political strategic adviser. It was always good working with you guys.
Other friends like Mr. Daniel Mwaura, Silas Njoroge, Susan Mukami, Man Dzoro, Kesofo team, Jeff Olengais, Purity Muhindi and family, Mr Kinyua and family, Osewe and family, Mr Clay Onyango and family, Mr Tarus Mbugua and family, William and family, Mr. Makan and Linda, Mr Mberi and family, Winnie Mukaru, Jackie and Caro Nyaga, Ruth Kjell, Gerry and Maureen, Betty and Mwikali, Mama Nyambura, Oti and Monica, Opee and family Opande, Mr Mwirani and family, Muraya and family, Peter Njoro, Janet, Nduta mama Sheena, Dj Safi and Frank, Mrs Hellen Opwapo, Pastor Beatrice Kamau and family, the Kenyan embassy staff, Pastor Tillah Mukasa and family, and the list is too long to finish.
Guys you have been so good to me and without your support I couldn’t have reached this level. When I count my blessings, I see you all. God bless you. He is the very father who we are getting the determination we got to pursue the cause even though it has been tough. Its Him who has put us together as Kenyans in Sweden, and it is Him who is behind and ahead of us during all these times of our needs and our struggle. We’ve seen the old, middle age and young under umbrella of Kesofo more united than what many thought. At this time, we have seen and gone through different stages and we still came out strong as Kenyans. Propaganda, gossips and many other personal differences have surfaced in different fronts but still we stood strong.
2007 has been a tough year like any other year that has passed. The evil forces have been relentless in their search to destroy and impose their doom on us but we went through. We the generation who’s the future is at stake must voice the united tune to fight this devil of tribalism off our face.
My fellow countrymen/women, no matter what location we are positioned in Sweden, we must have a solid solution to our differences as Kenyans; we must stand in solidarity with each other and solve our problems maturely. We must accept that the fate is ours and if we take one stand we can prevail very quickly as a united country!
On the other side, i would like to take this chance to wish the ODM family in Kenya a merry Christmas and happy New Year. The victory is ours. Now is the time for all Kenyans to pray to God to reward Mr. Raila Odinga for his struggle and hard work he has done for Kenyans. Let us hope that ODM takes power and the old guards can go home and rest. Kenyans have decided and they are just waiting to announce Mr Raila as our 4th president. For Kibaki, he must celebrate this Christmas at the state house knowing very well that he has only one week to go to OTHAYA. Vote for Raila and that’s my Christmas present to all Kenyans. It is time for Change. ODM is the future.
I wish you all a merry Christmas and happy New Year! Keep New Kenya Alive.

When ODM Comes To Power, Will Hon Purity Muhindi Survive?
As we put the story of the ailing diplomat to rest, we would like to reflect on what has happened so far. Soon and very soon, ODM is going to take power, do you think the Purity Muhindi type will survive?
Mr. Cornelius Kemboi of Columbus Ohio; USA has condemned the Kenyan embassy in Sweden for the attempted deportation of a Kenyan diplomat. Kemboi said, “The situation indeed surrounding the diplomat is very absurd and in a high degree ambassador Purity Muhindi should shoulder the blame. She needs to rewind back – back – back – to her speech that “We need to support one another”. Somebody needs to read to her the sentence in her local dialect (Kikuyu) so that she might get it”. Mr Kemboi said the Kenyan community in the USA will do what they can to help the ailing diplomat. He said his group was meeting on the 25th Dec. 2007 and plans are that they want to help economically. Mr Raphael Cheruiyot, the ailing diplomat is still in the hospital and his family was evicted from their house two weeks ago.
“Swedish authorities had refused to release the patient if he could not be accompanied by a doctor and had we not protested, he would have been put on a plane home on November 29,” Mrs Ruth K. Bundotich said. A physician said, “The disease is genetic and can be controlled by immune modulators, which reverse the attack of the muscles by anti-bodies”.
Cheruiyot’s family, wife and a boy 10 years, were thrown out of the embassy house on the 25th Nov. 2007. The boy has since dropped out of school and the family has no place to stay. Mrs Purity Muhindi, the Kenyan ambassador in Sweden, denies that the embassy wanted to deport Cheruiyot. (A government worker lying to her boss) “Cheruiyot’s tour ended and as is with all civil servants they are recalled home for redeployment,” said Muhindi. She continues, “I have no authority and capacity to deport anyone, all of us are the employees of the Government. Nothing secretive, nothing unprocedural was done. He had to vacate his residence to give way for his replacement.”
The Foreign Affairs office in Nairobi has denied that there was a plan to evacuate Cheruiyot. Ms Hellen Gichuhi the Head of Press and Publicity said Cheruiyot was recovering at his residence. Gichuhi said the Government was aware of the case but said there were no plans for evacuation. “The issue has been misreported. The information we have is that the man is not in the ICU as has been indicated but is recuperating at home,” Gichuhi said. “He is at home and he is unwell but he is not going to be deported, the issue has been blown out of proportion.”
Muhindi said the Government last month decided to evacuate Cheruiyot, but with authority from the Swedish doctors “who said he could recuperate at home”. “But the true situation is that Nairobi took over the issue from the time his tour ended,” she said. She confirmed that the Government had sent a doctor from Nairobi. It was not clear why the Government wanted to evacuate the official.
Mrs Ruth Kjell Bundotich told Jamii that plans are clear and she wanted to face the woman (Purity) so that they can talk women language. Mr. William Tuitoek told Jamii that he was doing this because he is tired of leaders who are incompetence and ineffective. The furious William said that if the ambassador can treat one of her own like that, what about other normal Kenyans? “She must know that she did not come to Sweden for beauty contest show, but to look into affairs of Wakenya who pays her salary”, said fuming William. The group which seems to be very organized said they are going to launch a struggle to see that Hon Purity is re-called.
The group which has been planning the action since last month is demanding an explanation to why the ambassador is treating Wakenya like “choo”. He said, “It gives Kenyans a profound feeling of unity and solidarity with our brother who is ailing and being treated like a second hand Kenyan. I’m looking forward for opportunities to make things better for everybody and the embassy must take part.” He said even though it takes time to change things, the efforts of the group will pay off. Mr William said, “I think it was the power of the Kenyan people coming together from all sides to stop the illegal deportation. The power of unity among us was demonstrated and we call Kenyans and friends to stand with us because the struggle continues until when Purity is re-called”. Mr William said they are not at war with the embassy so they expect the embassy officials to stop panicking like cowards.
Speaking to Jamii, Pastor Beatrice Kamau said that she knew from day one that the government of Kibaki will employ incompetence people as long as they are from Mt. Kenya. She was not surprised to hear that Purity Muhindi and Josephine Awour engineered the deportation of the diplomat. “Shame on them, how can they treat a fellow Kenyan like that? We are going to make sure that this government of brutality is replaced by a more reliable group like the ODM”, said the preacher. She condemned the action and said that people like Purity Muhindi and company must start packing their staff because their days are over and she must go back to Kenya where she belongs. “She has failed Wakenya and we don’t expect anything new from her”, said Pastor Beatrice.
“The phone calls are psychologically torturing the diplomat. I would like to ask the Kenyan embassy to stop calling him because they are torturing him”, said William. The diplomat has been surviving for several months without salary and even the child stopped going to school because of school fees. The child now stays with the father at the hospital because he has nothing to do apart from sitting at the hospital with his sick father. They were asked to vacate their house and for now they are literally homeless.
Mr. Tarus Mbogua thanked all Kenyans who have shown solidarity with the family of the diplomat and said the next step is to protest at the Kenyan embassy doorstep to show them how Kenyans in Scandinavia are disappointed in the way they operate. “We are going to coordinate with other Scandinavian countries to participate in the protest”, said Tarus. Mr. Willam, a core member of “Stop Deportation Of Sick People” told Jamii that the International human rights law contains no more basic prohibition than the absolute, unconditional ban on torture and what is known as “cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.” Torture and inhuman treatment are forbidden unconditionally, whether in time of peace or war, whether at the local police station or in the face of a major security threat.
The above is just a reflection of what has happened so far on Cheruiyot front. Let us vote for ODM for an overhaul change. ODM is the future. Vote wisely and remember all the sufferings we have gone through during Kibaki’s time. Kibaki toka, Raila Ingia.

Hon. Purity Muhindi Loves Dancing.
After a chaotic Jamhuri day celebrations at the Scandic Plaza hotel in Sweden, Hon Purity Muhindi last weekend relaxed at a Sudanese Christmas party in Kista. For the first time, Jamii crew saw her singing and dancing to African Sudanese tribal rhythms reflecting the diversity of Sudan’s many cultures. It was contrary to the way she normal presents herself before Kenyans gatherings. Christians and Muslims, men and women came from all corners of Sweden to celebrate this years Christmas. Singing traditional songs in Sudanese local dialects reflected the healthy cultural heritage of the Sudanese people. Hon Purity Muhindi needed a translator and maybe that’s why she had to sit close to Sudanese ambassador.
The happy Purity was clapping and singing along her husband Dr. Muhindi. Sudanese tribal music was in plenty and you could see the way people were happy. When Jamii asked why the Arabic songs were dominating the event, one guest who was a Christian and who fled the fighting in the south some years ago said, “We are Sudan and Sudan is us. We are unity.” Sudan south has been mired in civil war for several years since gaining independence from Britain in 1956. The war, which pits the Islamic government in Khartoum against the mainly Christian, animist south, has claimed millions of lives and displaced millions of people within Sudan and abroad. Issues of oil, ethnicity and ideology complicate the whole saga but it was not easy to see it at the party.
The dominant Islamic and Arab culture could be smelled from food, dressing, dancing, music, speeches and even the reception. One could also easily see the marginalised people of Sudan without asking. Alcohol is banned in this kind of gathering and there was no alcohol served. It was a good lesson to Purity because the Kenyan embassy has been trying to convert Kenyans in Sweden into alcoholics by buying alcoholic drinks to them which is a waste of tax payers’ money. Purity loves dancing, Jamii can reveal that. When she stood up to shake her hips to the music, majority of men lined behind to dance with her. Dr. Muhindi kept en eye but from a distance. The Sudanese ambassador was the one who got the first chance to boogie with her followed by others and it was good to see the Kenyan ambassador “akivunja mifupa”
She was dressed to kill as normal but this time she went all the way to Asian style. She stole the show and I think all Sudanese women who were there were jealousy because she stole the show from them. The performer came from Holland to entertain the guests on this special event. At the event you could have sensed how diverse Sudan is. While we complain in Kenya about the 42 ethnic groups, Sudan has five hundred plus ethnic groups spread across the country’s territory, which is the largest in Africa. The country has been a crossroads between North, East and West Africa for hundreds of years, and is inhabited by a mixture of Sub-Saharan Arabs and Africans. Mr Nickson Andu was there and it was good to see him. He helped me a lot in understanding what was going on because everything was in Arabic. Mr Nick is a friendly man and he speaks Arabic fluently.
On the other side of Stockholm city, a well known Kenyan journalist was beaten by a well connected businessman over the weekend at the Jamhuri day party in Norsborg that was organized by the sound of blackness. The businessman hit the Kenyan mercilessly as viewers felt sorry for the smashed Kenyan man. According to well-placed sources within the Norsborg area, the Kenyan was punched three times in the face before he called the police. The source told Jamii that the puncher had old scores with the victim and he has been waiting for a black spot to fix him. Mr. “Kofi Tatu” got a chance on Saturday and he used it to the maximum. The source told Jamii that the fracas started over a disagreement on who pushed who first and Mr. “Kofi Tatu did not have time to talk thus deciding to turn it physical. It was a big “victory cum revenge” for “Kofi Tatu”.
“Ngumi za Stockholm” are very fun to see and watch because big part of it is “mouth fight”. After things had fallen apart, another Kenyan was also beaten by a Rwandese. The Police came to rescue the victims and the ambulance was available incase someone was injured. It was a big shame! Jamii condemns this kind of violence and may peace prevail among Kenyans. “Wacheni mangumi”
Meanwhile, Mr. They now stay at the hospital just like any other patients.
